1How do I send a BootyBox as a Gift?

You can send this as gift to anyone you please. At checkout enter the shipping address of where you would like it to be sent. This is an excellent gift for bachelor and bachelorette parties, newlyweds, and special occasions.

2How long does it take my Box to ship?

Once you place your first order, you receive an email confirmation and our shipping department is notified to get your box ready! It can take 5 to 7 business days for your box to ship from our warehouse. From there you will be billed on the same calendar date you made your initial purchase each month going forward and your next monthly box will ship.

3What if I want to skip a month?

Contact us! Our customer service team can assist with making adjustments to your subscription as you need.

4Will I be able to track my order?

Of course! A tracking number will be sent to your email address that you put on file once your order has shipped every month.

5How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the cost of your subscription.

6What if I have allergies to certain materials?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ensure that what we send to you will not include items that do not have materials you are allergic to. We recommend reading all product packaging before using any of the products in your shipment. If you are not sure of the product and think you may have an allergic reaction to it, we suggest giving the product to a friend to try or dispose of it as we cannot take return items once they are opened. Sadly it is our best recommendation to not purchase a BootyBox if you have allergies to many materials.

7Do you send any products to prevent pregnancy or STD’s?

None of our products can be guaranteed to protect you from pregnancy or getting an STD. Always practice safe sex!

8What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Send us an email at support@bootybox.com. Include the name that your subscription is billed to (First name, Last name, and Email address.) Your subscription will be cancelled as of the date we hear from you; however, if you have already been billed for a shipment – that will be the last shipment you will receive.

9Can I make a return? What if I don’t like what I get?

Due to the type of products we ship, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items, regardless of if the product is unopened or not. We do our best to please all wants and needs however if you have a product you do not want or like we suggest giving it to someone else or just try it out... You may be surprised and totally love it. Do not hesitate to let us know how we’re doing by emailing us with feedback on the product you are receiving.
